The location

Pool wasn’t open the whole stay and that wasn’t told to me at check in

What i didnt like was the fact that the pool was not working.

Fun decor, good staff

Damaged and disrepair everywhere from marked up hallways to room. Curtain slide broken, couch ripped apart, broken heating (we had to use a space heater!)

Room was clean, except floor and coffee maker

The refrigerator did not work. There was no ice on neither of the ice maker. And bad connection with TV. Noisy outside hallway.

Reasonably priced

Do NOT pay for the "premium" room upgrade. We made that mistake. We were supposed to have "plush, pillowtop mattress with upgraded bedding and extra pillows", a "spa-like" bathroom with luxury towels and shampoo/body wash, a mini fridge stocked with water/juice, and a snack box. The bed was hard and definitely NOT a pillow top. The linens were cheap and scratchy, not "upgraded." See the attached pictures of the "spa-like" bathroom with "luxury towels." The towels were scratchy and could not even wrap completely around a small adult. The body wash was completely empty. The ice machine was broken and we were not informed of that upon check-in. We receive one individual bottle of orange juice and one bottle of water. The "snack box" was a single serve bag of chips, a granola bar, and single serving of trail mix. There were people yelling or making noise all night, people loitering in the parking lot at all hours, and one person was arrested in the parking lot. We have stayed here numerous times but WILL NOT be staying here on our next visit to St. Augustine. The hotel has gone downhill tremendously.
