Location and comfort level. So much space in the rooms. Beds are comfortable.

Breakfast was ok. Definitely hot breakfast with lots of options. The hot breakfast is instant food warmed up. Not freshly cooked. The pillows on the bed were really fluffy and full. Hard to get your head in the correct position.

"Do not go"

We pulled up and saw a scary looking drug addict in the parking lot doing drugs, drinking & urinating in the parking lot ,in a car that looked like it had just left the scene of a fatal accident. We were not comfortable leaving our car with bikes open in back, told the person in charge who didn’t seem to care, cancelled the rez & went to homewood suites which was expensive but worth it competitively.

"Room was not available!! Ihad to wait 3 hours!"

Comfortable

I booked a room for May 6 with the intention of checking in at 7:00 AM on May 7, after working through the night. However, to my surprise, the room was only made available at 10:00 AM. As a result, I had to wait for three hours in the reception. I requested a late check-out as compensation, but my messages were not acknowledged, including the one where I specifically asked for the 7:00 AM check-in. Ultimately, I paid for a full day but was unable to use the room as intended. I kindly ask you to review this situation and provide a fair resolution.
