The customer service was really really bad wait 3 hours go get check in

Needs more attention.

Was slightly dated, our heater didn’t work- said it needed servicing. The pull out didn’t have bedding in the room, and the mattress was a bit gross. It was obvious it hadn’t been used in a bit bc upon removing the cushions all sorts of crumbs came out. Just needed a bit more attention. The lamps didn’t all work either.

Great location and easy to get to. Ample parking. Close to restaurants and grocery shopping.

The breakfast is bad, sausges are cheap and gross, the eggs are like rubber.

House keeping needs to look up when cleaning! Bathroom fans were filthy and rooms are tired. Beds and bedding were great.

Site was undergoing some lobby renovations but they have not noted that anywhere on their website or on adds for their hotel. No noise issues but no signage upon arrival other then to tell us the lobby doors were closed due to the removation no direction as to where we should enter the building from. also the side walks and access from the parking to the side walk were not clear of snow well making it treacherous to travel between our vehical and the doors/ sidewalks to enter the buiding. other wise staff were friendly and attentive and stay was good.

I found the cleanliness to be acceptable, however the room amenities and house keeping was far below average. In 4 nights we didn't have a single turn-down service (even when we specifically asked at the desk) and we also had to ask for fresh towels. We asked for garbage to be removed from our room and that never happened. Almost ran out of toilet paper. Also the elevator is in need of some TLC! It makes a horrendous loud squealing sound and our room was RIGHT next to it. You could hear it every time someone used it. I think the staff and management could do more to accommodate their guests.

Hotel was great, picked for price but was a little better than expected.
