Staff wouldn’t accept debit for deposit, not helpful at all no receipt was given to show a return of deposit or stay. Terrible staff , manager wouldn’t discuss instead had a staff member communicate

We had good time spending the night there to run some errands in Mississauga. Very easy access to the highway. Staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. Kids also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. I would book again with them for sure.

Customer service was excellent at the desk, the room was decent. Neighbors were loud and the sound came through the adjoining doors, vending machines didn't work and breakfast was just ok. I would stay there again, it was ok.

The condition of the room was horrible. Black mold throughout the bathroom, the ceiling was in horrible condition, the microwave was awful.

Room was old and it showed, peeling wallpaper, stains on the walls, rusty shower/bathtub. Significant/concerning amount of mold around the edge of the sink, not sure if it is ever cleaned. Comforter with multiple stains. Very simple breakfast which would be okay but I saw a bagel with mold on it so chose not to eat there. Overall would not come back.

Dangerously slippery bathtub that almost killed me, literally. Told front desk, have not heard back yet. I think it was a combo of no antislip, leftover cleanser, and the fine mist produced by the ultra low-flow "shower" that rehydrated the cleanser and there you go.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub facilities were clean. Our room was simple and clean. A little dated, and the curtains were ripped but in the grand scheme of things who cares. Bed was really comfortable. The free breakfast was tasty. It was close to our destination and right off the highway. We would definitely come back!

Perfect for two night stay. My only issue is the pool is cold and the outside temperature of the room where the pool is not a warm as it should be.
