Beds were comfy and it’s close to everything

I was there for my wedding , on the second night at 901pm (they close at 9 ) I asked reception for some toilet paper she persisted to tell me it was after hours but she will do it anyway (ok no probs it was 1 min past and what was I meant to do , maybe put more than one roll in a family room
