Cleanliness, good shower. Nice reception staff on arrival.

Lots of dust and cobwebs at front door and porch. No instructions on how to use the stove. Only 1 coffee cup available. The room could do with a quick spruce as the cushions on the longe seem very outdated and therefore lead to the assumption (right ot wrong) of them being very old, as was the blanket on the couch and the prints on the wall. For under $500 you could create a more homely and fresh feel.
