This is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. Vanessa was friendly and helpful at the office. Even though Best Western Parkside Motel Inn is only 1 street from the main road of Coffs Harbour there was no road noise heard in the motel room. Easy access to continue your journey on M1 on any direction.

easy access to the room, clean as expected, got what i paid for, easy to find after hours and access key and room

toilet stopped working and there was no one around to tell me/fix
