Good sizes room, modern, clean, quiet. Bar and restaurant good to have within the complex. Good overnight free parking too.

No lift to make it easier for disabled or elderly people with bags to access the second level.

"Booking devrait mieux surveiller les prestations annoncées par les hôtels"

Nous avons annulé notre réservation en arrivant sur place car le parking fermé est une offre mensongère. Un lieu qui sert de dépôt, avec une accessibilité difficile au point que la réception me propose d’aller voir l’accès à pied avant !! Et ensuite propose de garer notre voiture dans le parking extérieur sans garantie de sécurité !!! Alors que notre choix était un hôtel avec parking privé sécurisé.

"Hôtel super agréable, propre, literie trop dur pour moi et le spa très petit c’est un atout mais il faut pas s’attendre"

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des lieux, le parking gratuit, l’emplacement excentré mais près d’une zone commercial et 8min en auto du centre ville d’Epinal. Le petit spa accessible par petit groupe.

La literie hahaha, matelas trop dur pour moi ! Mais par contre mon mari lui, a aimer.
