Hôtel bien situé et personnel agréable.

J'ai réservé car je voulais profiter de deux soirées Spa / Piscine. Sans avoir eu la délicatesse de prévenir lors de la réservation ni même avant mon arrivée (je suis arrivé un dimanche), le SPA était fermé, pendant le temps de mon séjour (2 nuits). Clairement, le prix ne correspond plus aux prestations payées. C'est une tromperie ! Si j'avais eu cette information j'aurais réservé dans un autre établissement avec SPA / Piscine. Cela fait cher la simple chambre sans SPA ni Piscine et aucune remise effectuée malgré la prestation qui ne correspond pas au standing. Le 4 étoiles est vite tombé à un simple 3 étoiles en l'absence de SPA / Piscine. Ayez au moins la correction de prévenir vos clients !!!! C'est une prise en otage anti-commerciale qui évidemment compte tenu de l'absence de réponse de la Direction de l'hôtel m'amènera à trouver un autre hôtel lors de mes prochains déplacements à Epinal !! Attention, pas de restaurant le dimanche soir !
