"Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, Reliable Stay"

I’ve stayed here several times, and it continues to be my preferred spot in town. The staff are always friendly and responsive, making check-in and any requests during my stay quick and pleasant. The amenities are in line with the price point—nothing extravagant, but everything you need. My room was clean on arrival, and while the furnishings and finishes are a bit weathered from use, they’ve held up well and still reflect the quality I expect from the Wyndham name. Overall, a comfortable and reliable choice for the area.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Several aspects of my experience fell significantly short of expectations. Specifically, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom floor was sticky, there was hair in the shower, and I observed what appeared to be buggies on the headboard. Furthermore, the rugs felt unclean underfoot. In addition, I found the staff at the front desk to be unwelcoming and unhelpful. This level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable and significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I would appreciate it if you would address these concerns to prevent similar experiences for other guests. I do not plan to stay at your hotel again and would advise others to carefully consider their choice before booking.

Trash around the parking area. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. Smoking near the entrance of the hotel. The strong musty odor in the room even the AC was turned on.
