J'avais aimé la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.

Il convient d'améliorer le système de chauffage. Penser aussi à mettre un tapis anti dérapant dans le baignoire.

"parfait pour visiter bruxelles"

hôtel très bien situé dans Bruxelles, à 3 stations de métro du centre ville, près d'un grand parc. très grande chambre confortable et bien équipée. Possibilité de garer sa voiture sur demande devant l'hôtel moyennant € 25 (très pratique). Personnel accueillant et très arrangeant . Je recommande vivement

le petit déjeuner est perfectible ( confiture industrielle et thé industriel : privilégiez les produits locaux !! )

Lage sehr gut.

Bei Ankunft kein Wasser. Keine Info, wann es wieder funktioniert. Am nächsten Morgen nur kaltes Wasser. Personal nur eine Studentin, die laut eigener Aussage nichts machen kann.

La stanza era grande e pulita, oltre che molto confortevole. La colazione aveva varietà di scelta e prodotti di qualità. La vista dalle camere è piacevole, il servizio di check-in e check-out semplice, e il bagno di dimensioni adeguate, e ben attrezzato.

Al momento del check-out volevo fare una domanda allo staff, e ho aspettato quasi 10 minuti prima di arrendermi ed andare. Oltre a questo piccolo inconveniente non ho davvero commenti, tutto perfetto.
