"Séjour très reposant et très agréable"

Hôtel très calme. Très bon petit déjeuner, très varié avec des produits locaux (confiture, beurre, fromage, yaourt). Proche de Deauvillé à 5 minutes à pieds. Séjour très agréable.

La climatisation serait un plus.

J'ai apprécié le confort de la chambre, la propreté, la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel.

J'ai été gênée par le bruit le matin : les portes font beaucoup de bruit quand elles se ferment. Le petit-déjeuner ne vaut pas 19 €.

L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Gros manque de modernité. Pour un 4 étoiles, pas possible de devoir utiliser une salle de bain aussi défraîchie. Moisissures des joints de douche par exemple.

"Facile d’accés et confort"

La proximité du centre ville, la cheminée, le confort après a la fin de la journée près du feu. La taille des chambres et les balcons extérieurs.

Manque d’hygiène sur la piscine avec des tas de cheveux autour de la piscine, le jacuzzi etait plein de crasse… Noir de crasse au niveau du tour et a l’intérieur de la bouche d’aspiration, vraiment vraiment limite et pareil pour la chambre… Je pense qu’une mise au point de la direction avec les équipes ménages s’impose et faire preuve de plus de rigueur. C’est le minimum demandé en Hospitality …

"Grosse déception"

La chambre et le service ne correspondent pas du tout au prix demandé. Chambre baptisée « supérieure «  petite avec WC dans la salle de bain dans laquelle aucun produit sauf bidon savon au mur. Parking non garanti bien que payant. Première grosse déception dans un Best Western Impression d’être dans un trois étoiles pour plus de 600€ les deux nuits.

"Bon hôtel. Mais les chambres font un peu vieillot."

Nous avions un draps sale quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre. J’ai demandé qu’on change les draps. Mais l’hôtesse ne sait pas excusé.

Le petit-déj’ était bon. La chambre aussi et la piscine aussi.
