"I have came here many times before and never had a problem until then"

My check-in was good and I have no complains

When I walked in my room I had used towels and no clean towels in the room. Also at breakfast he told me and my kids we had to eat in the breakfast room but others came and went to there room. After asking him why they get to go in there rooms but we have to stay he said because breakfast is almost over

"Nothing spectacular"

The staff was great!

Hotel needs major updates!! Dead bugs. The bathroom was awful!! The bathroom door had punched holes. The shower was missing the hanging rack for wash cloth. Paint splattered all over shower curtain pole. No calk around bath tub.

"Never again and don't recommend it at all"

Didn't eat breakfast but location was great

Had to change rooms do to roaches and had roaches in the other room as well. I woke up Sunday morning with a roach crawling on my face told the manager and he said nothing about that and just gave me my receipt with full price no discount because of roach problem

"It was decent but not unbeary"

Had to stay there Christmas Day 1. The water was hot for shower. 2. Bed comfortable. Bedding thin but heat worked good. 3. Breakfast was snacks basically

4. Opened door and immediately saw a roach. Saw several during my stay. 5. Manager watched me and my kids go to room then asked how many people would I have in the room. I said less than the number of roaches already living in there.

"Bad"

Bugs. Lots if bugs. Changed rooms and more bugs. Changed rooms again, didn't see any bugs but was paranoid about it. And the stair way has a very bad smell. The cleaners must not be managed. Went un to locked room and only thing they did was made bed.

"Will never stay at a quality inn again"

Two of the staff members was really nice and helped me out .

Everything.the pictures are not what you are paying for .it was not worth the amount of money i paid .i really wish i could have went elsewhere.they gave me a smoking room and it was a terrible stay .
