We loved the fact that the hotel provided lots of entertainment such as the pool table, jacuzzi and had a brilliant bar on site. Staff were super kind and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was varied and nice too. We are so happy that we chose to stay here as it is definitely the best hotel in town! The place definitely deserves 10 based on having everything you need plus lovely staff.

Food was a bit pricey although understandably so due to the fact it is a mountain town. Sauna isn't very hot ( but that's being very picky!) Bar shut at 10 which is fine, but the rest of the town sort of shuts down and would be nice to have an extra hour to unwind in the hotel bar.

Great brewery, pizza and rooms, perfect location. We also had a great breakfast. Very nice staff.

The breakfast was overpriced. I ate breakfast elsewhere. The fitness centre sauna and jacuzzi were great. However the jacuzzi did not have hot water on some days. The onsite brewery pub was fun. Hotel was very close to the hiking trail and train station.

Better prices for breakfast and consistent hot water in jacuzzi.

Very clean. Nice amenities. Clean gym and spa. This is one of the nicest places to stay. We loved Creel as a town too
