L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer très facilement (tram, bus, petit train touristique) et visiter la ville. Hôtel propre et accueillant, personnel à l'écoute, souriant. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié. A recommander

Une erreur de ma part, j'avais omis de préciser que je souhaitais une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire (pour 2 jours je n'ai pas demandé à changer de chambre,). J'y penserai la prochaine fois car je reviendrai

"great for a short stay in Tours, good lick with the parking, best arrive by train."

Grand old hotel, good location, nice staff

Parking was a nightmare, precise instructions were provided by the hotel, i.e. park on 1st level and take lift. Ist level full had to park on third level, lift not working so had to carry all the luggage up steep stairs, staff did offer to help. Room was very small and its a shame that these grand old hotels no longer have restaurants.
