"Overall the stay was good but the building definitely needs some improvement with the water and AC"

The restaurant and bar was good. I would say it’s was overpriced for the quality of food. Staff was nice.

The AC was really loud and seems like it didn’t work as we had the room set to 18° and it wouldn’t budge from 24° which made it uncomfortable to sleep especially with the loud AC. The water smelt like eggs in the sink and shower so that was a little gross.

Appreciated the separate rooms in the family suite.

The wall dividing the the two beds in the main room was a bit annoying while trying to communicate and watch TV; but honestly would make sense for non family member sharing this suite. Also should communicate the beds in "kids room" is not acceptable for anyone over 8-9 years old. The beds are toddler beds.

The hotel was good and quiet, it felt like we were the only ones there. The only time we saw others was at breakfast. The Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and welcoming. They kept the floors clean when the weather wasn't cooperating.

We got charged more than the booking said we were going to. The staff said they would refund us and it never came back. They also got rid of the pancake maker for breakfast which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel in the first place. Breakfast was still good but I would have liked to have the pancake machine as well.

Had a best experience in the hotel. Staff was very nice and friendly. Had a lovely experience in the VLT. Harnoor was a lovely host. Rooms were clean and tidy. Housekeeping did the best job. Overall loved the stay
