Great location and the owners were fantastic!

Nothing fancy in this hotel, but the service was amazing. Kudos to Harmeet from seasons var and grill as well as Alicia of the frontdesk!

Room was ok, washroom very clean so with the beddings . I slept well.

We can hear noise from other room and the sound of water from their washroom. Also, the carpet in the hallway needs deep cleaning as it smells damp and moist. Maybe you should not allow guests to get out of the swimming pool area and go back to their room still wet, this makes the carpet damp and moist. Refund was not credited back immediately as we checked out. Deposit shall be processed as a hold only and not charged so it can gets reversed as soon as we checked out.

for my over night stay the basic room is adequate and sufficient; so was the complimentary breakfast; i like the notices asking guests to keep noise down - great work. i would strongly suggest hand bars installed in the bath/shower for safety purposes - this should not wait - do it ASAP the phone in the room 417 did not work - fix it - i cheeked the connection it was connected and the phone light was flashing -so something was not right ------------- breakfast staff Anisha was very very welcoming - perfect person for the job; Harmeet worked hard but did not forget to smile - she smiled to/ at me anyway...what a great beautiful personality front desk when i checked out- Alisha - good sense of humour all in all i was happy staying in this well located Best Western - for what it cost- a fair to good value...no complaint - if do visit Edmonton it is my first choice place over all good value....

Excellent service Jazz answered all of my questions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going g to Rdmonton.
