room is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures

Arrived late at the evening, reception very nice and comfortable

This hotel made an outstanding base for our weekend trip to Zurich. The shuttle bus to and from the airport worked really well and the hotel is a short walk from both tram and train stations into the City. The room we had was quite small, but very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. What really made this a 'stand out' trip was the staff. The service we received was second to none - help was offered rather than having to be asked for and all the staff were unfailingly friendly yet professional. I would certainly use the hotel again and would recommend it.

This is a truly exceptional airport hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All speak excellent English. Rooms are average size by European standards, but bathrooms well laid out. Japanese restaurant is very good. Only concern is that it is located on the approach to the airport (as are also Mövenpick, Hilton, and others), so that when airport opens at 06:00 there is heavy low-flying jet traffic.

Rooms facing street are noisy. Nicely done rooms. Confusing situation re breakfast coverage. Expensive @ 16 CHF for not mu ch.

Great staff and an average sort of hotel but uncommon for Europe it had really good sized rooms and whilst a good distance from town it was close to the airport for those that need this. We travelled by car so it didn't affect us. Would stay again if I was travelling there again.

We were extremely happy with the greeting we recvd from Ariana at the front desk. Warm, helpful. Great! Thanks for the welcome wine and fruit at arrival. Proximity to airport: 10 minutes. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes Room was comfy, although noisy as there was a once a year festival going on across the street, but since we went to have dinner there, can't complain. Big town, small town feel. Nice. Would stay there again.
