Decent room, good price

No person at Check-in on premises. There is a flat screen tv with a person to check you in. The "TV" person was difficult to understand because he spoke so fast. I scanned my drivers license and inserted a credit card and I asked for a receipt, but "no paper" was the reply. This person did not smile nor have a welcoming demeanor. At Check out in the morning there was a different guy on the tv screen and I asked for a receipt but again, "no paper". I booked and paid for the room thru Hotels.com and Days Inn also put a charge on my credit card. Never again will we stay at a Days Inn.

Video check in is just wierd, and reception not current on room status; designated room not ready for use on check-in

First off I was greeted by a SCREEN with someone from India on it and that was my concierge. No on-site staff. What is going on? I could barely understand a word. I had to give this person my SCANNED LICENSE, CC and all my INFO. I don't not want to hand some random person in a foreign country all of my info!!! Then I had to give him other person info out loud in front of everyone. Every there was appalled with the check in experience. Then I get to the room and my keys don't work so I have to wait 20 minutes as there is a Spanish speaker who wouldn't communicate with the foreign video screen barely speaking English. I translated to move it along. After the right key coming out of a machine for the 2nd time I made it to my room to realize it's fill with charcoal smoke from the long term people grilling below me. I gave up I need sleep and then the train across the street rolls in at 2am. All hours of the night and morning. Best part is to wake up for breakfast and just see coffee. NOTHING!!!! I honestly can't believe this place exists. I'd have complained if there was anyone I could understand to complain to. Go anywhere but here please. Pay more it's worth it.

The convenience and accessibility of parking right outside of our room. Very helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

When I booked the stay, the advertisement said they served breakfast. They let me know 24 hours before we arrived that they do not serve breakfast any longer and gave me the option of canceling. Due to the late notice I decided to keep my reservation. I was disappointed.

The hotel itself was great. They asked for a 50 dollar deposit which is fine if you state in the description that its required. They didnt so i was kinda upset about it. I menanyou have my credit card on file with hotels.com sooo..they told me it would be a hold and not an actual charge. The hot tub was fine great until i looked over and it looked like someone had tjrown up in it. Told the front desk clerk , he got after it right away. Today i find they took the deposit and when i called customer service about it they hung up on me

I enjoyed stay.even though they spoke English it may be me but they were hard for me to understand. Things went well. Everyone was patient. Clean room and bathroom comfortable bed. Little disappointed no continental breakfast but it’s OK..
