Staff very helpful

The staff was polite and helpful... My first room, the deadbolt wouldn't lock, and one of the beds was broken, so they switched me to a different room. The location of the Inn was good. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent.

The second room was furthest from everything. I have CHF. The air conditioner was so very loud, and I couldn't see to turn it down, to make it cooler, so it was warm in the room. There came up an issue where my trip was being cut short. They said they could not refund me any money. So, I stayed because I still had to pay. I spent my Mother's Day alone, because my party had to cancel and I couldn't leave. Well, I could. I would be out the money either way, so I stayed. Kind of a bummer... The pool seemed not very inviting, maybe a little unclean, and there was no jacuzzi. I found a room deodorizer spray bottle behind the cabinet that had the microwave, tv, and fridge. I pulled it out. I let the desk know. I have a photo, but I can't upload it.

Great pet area! Rooms need help. We had excellent service from Bo. She turned a problem with our room into an easy fix. Our original room had a sink that wouldn't drain and a phone that couldn't be plugged in. We moved next door to a non-smoking room that smelled like cigarette smoke. We sprayed some lysol, turned on the air, and the smell went away. Easy check in and check out.

When I arrived before 3 PM, I went to the hotel to check in. They said I could not check in until 3PM, I discovered there was no elevator and I asked for a 1st floor room due to recent hip surgery and they said they would save me a 1st floor room when I came back to check in at 3 PM. When I came to check in, they said the 'other' person forgot to save me a 1st floor room. I was offered nothing in return for that inconvenience, like one night stay off my bill or switch me to the 1st floor the following day. I had to enter the 2nd floor from the back of the building and climb the stairs that were outside. There was no way to get to my room from inside the building. That is unsafe. One of the floor lamps was not plugged in and I had to figure out where I could plug it in. The refrigerator was not turned on and I had to figure out how to turn it on, after trusting it was on and putting my food items in it, only to discover they were warm later on. The landline phone did not work and I reported it and it was not fixed during my 3 day stay. Poor customer service. I would NOT stay here again! Since I booked with Expedia and the room was paid for for 3 days and nonrefundable, I couldn't refuse to stay there and leave and find a suitable hotel.

Exceptional experience. Stayed in Goodyear for important exams at nearby Prometric in April 2025 and in December 2023. Very quiet and peaceful at night, able to get full night sleep. Great amenities, great continental breakfast and nearby to other shopping around Goodyear. Rooms were clean, well-furnished and stocked. Would highly recommend this hotel for great quality at an even better price. Thank you Best Western!

Good place to stay

This is a very nice place to stay. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They make sure you are comfortable. The room was clean. They have a breakfast in the morning that is very good. There iis a microwave, refrigerator, Wifi, & TV. The AC/Heater worked fine. Parking is free & I was just outside my door, so it was easy to unpack & then repack my things when I was ready to leave. I have stayed here prior to this, & it was a very nice stay then too. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. Thank you Best Western Phoenix Goodyear Inn!

Just needed time with my wife, had a great time.
