Ideal location for exploring St Augustine and room had a nice balcony as well. Staff were all friendly and helpful from checking in to restaurant to valet parking and check out.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Location was great, room clean and comfortable

When we went to ask if our room included breakfast the girl At the desk was very rude and said we booked it through booking.com. She had a bad attitude to us. She could have smiled, said no, and told us our options.

"Nice location to downtown, clean resort, friendly staff."

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Room was big and clean. Staff very nice

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We barely slept and the pillows were flat. Extremely disappointed This was a deciding factor to possibly not return and stay at this hotel in the future.
