"Buon hotel in posizione comoda"

"Nice hotel"

Property was clean breakfast was good

Cleaner forgot to clean the room on one day so we came back to towels in the tub. The shower was not a good one. Three of us in a room and one bathrobe was provided. Asked for more robes twice was finally told as end of the week they had run out.

Все соответствовало описанию номера. При отказе от уборки давали ваучер на напиток, немного непонятно почему на двоих гостей был только 1 напиток, или мы не поняли. Завтрак был качественный, персонал все время дополнял продукты.

В номере была капсульная кофе машина, но для любителей чая, этот аппарат был неудобен.

"Excellent hotel in a quiet street of Brussels, within walking distance of the tourist area and metro"

Lovely hotel, staff amazing, very friendly, always very helpful and efficient especially at breakfast. Room good, clean and quiet. Appreciated the coffee machine and an excellent breakfast to start the day. Also very good restaurants nearby for eating an eveing meal.

For a senior adult the bath and shower difficult to access. Maybe needs updating.

"Lage ist nicht schlecht und Personal war freundlich."

Der Bereich für das Essen war sehr schön

An dem Bettlaken war an der Seite ein große gelb-orangener Fleck und die Möbel waren nicht wirklich gereinigt. Unsere Badetücher wurden nach dem ersten Tag entfernt und nur noch zwei kleine Handtücher wieder zur Verfügung gestellt. Davon waren wir nicht sehr begeistert.

Muy amplias la habitación y limpia. Tiene frigobar y cafetera. El personal muy amable. La chica que nos atendió en recepción hablaba en español y nos supo informar todo lo que le preguntamos de forma muy cordial. Nos encantó la estadía.

J’ai passé 4 nuits dans cet hotel et nous avons pris le petit déjeuner le premier jour mais la qualité de celui-ci étant médiocre nous n’avons pas renouvelé l’expérience Au check out le réceptionniste est allé vérifier en salle que je lui avais bien dit la vérité : HONTEUX
