Kan wel een onderhoudsbeurt gebruiken. Tapijt smoezelig en vochtplekken in de badkamer. Verder prima, maar sobere kamer

De locatie. Het guesthouse lag helaas verderop dan het oude klooster. Foto's wekken de indruk dat het naast elkaar ligt en dat je van beide locaties gebruik kan maken. De hotelkamer en badkamer zagen er schoon uit, in een van de kamers hing een rioolluchtje in de badkamer.

Het mooie terras bij het oude klooster was gesloten, niet eens ingericht om even lekker te zitten! Het kleine (warme!!!) terras bij het guesthouse -met een veel minder mooie omgeving- was zeer beperkt bruikbaar. Op zaterdag moesten we om 21.30 uur naar binnen waar we nog een laatste drankje mochten nuttigen. Op zondag moesten we nog eerder naar binnen en ging zonder waarschuwing om 22.00 uur de bar dicht. Daar zit je dan, als vriendenstel lekker een weekend uit... Vroeg naar bed jongens! Bij het inchecken kregen we te horen dat we van beide ontbijtlocaties gerbuik konden maken. Dus gingen we op dag 1 naar het ontbijt in het oude klooster. Nee dus, we stonden hier niet genoteerd als gasten (?). Terug naar het guesthouse. Hoewel we zeer ruim voor de eindtijd aanwezig waren ontbrak er veel aan het toch al karige ontbijt. Erg weing keus, slappe koffie, croissantjes niet goed afgebakken etc. Moeten we hier €27 euro voor betalen? Schandalig! Het ontbijt op dag 2 in het oude klooster was veel uitgebreider, goed verzorgd, heerlijk. Daar kunnen ze in het guesthuis nog wat van leren... De (dure) garage heeft ons wel wat zweetdruppels gekost. Overvol en erg krap.

Bouwgeluiden beginnen om 7 uur in de ochtend . Per aura bijna onbereikbaar en pas na bellen informeerde iemand dat je de Naamsestraat moest invoeren en daarna de bordjes volgen die in het donker niet te vinden zijn. De liftdeur in het gebouw viel me aan met een bloedende arm als gevolg. Reactie; vervelend en kwam al eerder voor.
