Ingen information om obemannad nattreception. Vi kom inte in sent en kväll, fick banka på dörren som var låst och leta efter eventuella ställen ifall det skulle fungera att blippa nyckelkort. Andra gäster som anlände berättade att de fått någon info ”om en lapp som skulle sättas upp på dörren med något nummer”Nyheter för oss. Till slut googlade vi ett nummer till hotellet, där nattreceptionist snarade att hon glömt alltihop. Vi höll på att frysa ihjäl ute och det var inga glada miner hos 6 gäster.
