Had an absolutely wonderful time here. A spacious room right next to Lake Taupo, with TV and a terrace - what more could one ask for? I very much recommend taking the breakfast as well - simple, but delicious.

The toilet broke during our stay - but we fixed it ourselves!

Great location, easy check in, quite spot, would stay again

Master bed was very hard, but beds are personal so don't fault hotel and ashtray on the outside table not cleaned out.

Checking in was quick. We used the kitchenette for our breakfast which was convenient but you could easily use the breakfast room and pay for your meal. It was close enough to walk to the lake side. Parking was allocated adjacent to your room . Spa bath was a nice inclusion and room was spotlessly clean

Nothing but it was only a double bed rather than a queen bed.

Great location, very accommodating (late arrival).

We weren’t a huge fan of the breakfast, which was pretty basic — but it was okay for a short stay.
