"Place To Sleep"

Price was high for the area. Breakfast was sad at best. I booked the room for family coming into town for the holiday and it served the purpose.

"Friendly staff and Comfortable Beds"

This is one of only a handful of hotels close to Manatee Springs. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. We asked for a dinner recommendation and they recommended a Greek-Italian restaurant just steps away that was excellent. We were up early and the free breakfast was already available.

The hotel could use a little updating, but all-in-all, it was good value for the price.

This place was nice, I do say the workers were nice. But we paid like $30 more for third-floor beachfront with a balcony at our destination. The breakfast was 7-11 style. The only thing hot was the waffles.
