Very old property with outdated room furnishings. Bad beds, dirty carpet, location was the only positive thing

Great location and value. Spotless room. Good bathroom lighting (pet peeve of mine!). Set back from busy street so little outside noise. Two minor issues - thin walls so I could hear my neighbors; maybe the fact that my room had an adjoining door made it worse; leaving the fan on high solved the problem. Only one outlet near the bed for charging devices; solved by bringing an extension cord or multi device portable charger. I’d stay here again!

Die Lage und der Blick auf Fluß und brücke sind einmalig Strategisch gut gelegen, um alle Ziele zu erreichen, Acadia,,Bar Harbor, Rockland.. Das Café The crumpet schräg gegenüber sehr zu empfehlen

Beautiful views, unmatched. Worth the expense and visit.

The hotel was great -- good location (about an hour to AcadiaNP), friendly staff, clean rooms. We had a view of the river from our room and there is a path behind the hotel to walk along the waterfront. The only down side was the mattress and pillows -- way too soft! Since we were exhausted after hiking all day it was bearable (would have slept on a bench). If the bed was firmer it would have been great!

Beautiful setting, Beautiful views

Old hotel but still clean and comfortable. Loved the view. The bathrooms were extraordinarily small, but the water pressure was great!
