I was accused of smoking in my room which never took place and the staff came up and kicked me out after I spent $100 deposit and money on the room and told me that I could not get a refund unless I spoke to their manager which smoking in the room was never done there was no evidence to show that there was. The staff was very rude and disrespectful and I want a full refund and I have a booking on April 12th that needs to be canceled because they couldn't cancel it and I want to refund for that because it was debited from my account I will never stay at this location ever again due to the disrespectful staff accusations that were faults and untrue and the rudeness that took place for something that I did not do!!!!!

The king room was a decent size and I enjoyed it, bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.

The breakfast selection could’ve been better, and the bathroom door was difficult to open. I noticed the floors in the my room was uneven, it wasn’t bad but could be fixed. For the price including the deposit, a bit of fixing would be reasonable.

Rooms are a little outdated need paint really bad but we were comfortable.

Just needs a little updating.

I liked the friendly atmosphere. My room was clean and it was quiet and I was able to rest peacefully! The staff was helpful and I enjoyed my stay. Also, they're was coffee available during the day and I loved that.

The view from my window was not ideal, but it was ok.

Location was ok. A bit un-nerved by the amount of police cars and sirens that went by throughout the night. I did not use the breakfast bar.

IT was clean but needs serious upgrading. The paint is shipped on the door frames, the beds are lumpy and very hard. The pillows are hard. The carpets are so old you can see the foot traffic from years of use. Especially on the red carpet on the second floor by the conference center. Smelled old, like it used to be a smoking hotel and the smell is still embedded in the floors and walls. Tubs are stained. The chair in my room has huge stains on the seat and arms. The window wasn't sealed fully, we could see light coming in the top corner. Thankfully I was only there one night. The staff was lovely.

Great value. Not updated but I just needed to be close to the Kalamazoo Wings stadium so it worked out. Friendly staff and breakfast included.
