Nothing horrible experience undisclosed security deposit fee ask for a refund was told to get the f*** out the hotel horrible experience also with booking.com do not recommend this place do not recommend anything because they'd like to hide fees

Absolutely everything I hated it it was horrible experience I lost $150 out of this whole deal Booking.com do not recommend Clarion hotel in Kalamazoo horrible place horrible the staff do not care don't even really speak English horrible experience could give it zero Stars if possible

You always expect to be able to take a shower in the morning before you leave, at this Clarion the shower handle was lying on the edge of the tub and could not be used…not happy
