La alberca

El trato del personal, la actitud y amabilidad.

El desayuno no tenía sal, pero estuvo pasable, ya que está dentro del costo. La alberca la limpian muy tarde así que disfrutamos muy poco tiempo de ella.

Located near a big road which was good as we were travelling by car.

Not all lights were working in the room, sink was leaking, there was no fresh air (AC did work, but there was still a smell we did not like), no window in the room. All seemed very shabby, old and worn out. There was a pool but it's working hours were not great, we could not use it when we arrived (just after 6 pm) and it opened rather late in the morning. We also had to pay for our 7 year old's breakfast, as it appeared the room we booked for 4 was actually for 3 persons. Breakfast was good.

I like the place location and the rooms

I don’t like the staff and they don’t provide what we need i never have problems and other hotels for towels they give me 3 towels i ask for more and they told me no
