"Not the best experience."

The breakfast was OK and the staff was very friendly.

The plumbing was old and difficult to use. The shower was less than desirable. The sink didn't work most of the time and there was a large cockroach in the bathroom - ALIVE!

"Overall it was great"

The girl who checked us in when we got there that night I sadly don't know her name but if you looked on the day of my stay and who worked she was amazing she was kind and she helped us out she went above and beyond for us and we were very pleased with her and she deserves recognition of how amazing she is

The woman who checked us out the woman the next morning when we were leaving the hotel was the only part of the state that was not okay she was rude and she gave me a really hard time for needing a couple extra minutes due to our soccer game she needs definite training and customer service

Location and availability of the pool

The pool was cold, the Jacuzzi wasn't working, and the bathroom sink was clogged. They just gave us a plunger and told us to try to fix it yourself.

The hotel was dated and could use a renovation. Room didn't have access to the breakfast area/lobby. Solar panels, while I can appreciate the effort to go green, having the panels outside my door, no.
