Location and would be improved by a revamp combined with proper cleaning

Cleanliness was shocking and shower was Disgusting with water up to your ankles

After a long day of work and driving, I received a call from Reception just minutes before I arrived. I let them know I was only a couple of minutes away, and when I pulled in, the staff were waiting for me. Unfortunately, due to a double booking, they were unable to accommodate me for the night. Before I even had time to process the situation, they had already arranged an alternative nearby and provided me with the details of the alternative accommodation they had booked on my behalf. When I arrived at the new accommodation, I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade they had organised for me. While I can’t comment on the facilities at the Lorne Coachman Inn itself, I can confidently say that the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally. A massive thank you to the team for turning an unexpected inconvenience into a positive experience.

Location, cost and cleanliness, remember not to feed the wildlife 😀

The location was OK. It was clean-ish.

The room was damp and smelly. The carpet was wet from a flood or something. It was located close to the seafront but also next to a campsite full of teenagers who made a lot of noise.

Location was great with plenty of parking.
