Suburban Studios Fairborn - Dayton

Confusion from upgrades and rennovations led to their having to hunt down a different room twice to find what I booked, but it was resolved within an hour. Floor of bathroom had numerous dried paint droplets from renovation. No soap or shampoo provided of any kind. Bottoms of bathtubs had no grip to prevent falls. Otherwise clean and decent. Room had a fridge, freezer, microwave, and tv.

The hotel is being renovated so from the outside it looks like an abandonded building. On top of it looking abandonded, there was no clear signage stating that the building was the location of the hotel other than a few very small signs located no where near the actual building. I would not recommend this property for those two reasons as I felt uncomfortable staying in a place that looks run-down. The room itself was fine as it had been remodeled but the overall look of the hotel was so horrible it was hard to enjoy the renovations to the actual room itself.

The front desk lady was great she refunded my money after i found it unsafe to stay there

Hotel is in obvious transition from an older building to a new owner. The three most important items were good: the staff was good, and the room was clean and comfortable

The property was not what the pictures showed the site. Run down old hotel that is being remodeled. Bathroom floors dirty. Shower pressure was poor. Water in shower never got hot. No wastebaskets in either room or bathroom. No Kleenex in either room. No phone in either room. The pool area was discussing- had to keep curtains closed so we didn’t look at it.

This hotel had a serious upgrade. The hotel managers did a great job welcoming me to the hotel.

Very noisy neighbors. No services and room was never cleaned during my stay.

I am very happy with my stay.
