"it was a clean enough room, bed was decently comfortable, and the layout of the room was great."

funky old man smell and bed sheets were outdated, but the price is the selling point and if changing those things increases the price then it wouldn't be worth it. The water pressure is perfect though.

"Pleasant overnight"

Motel is close to park. Gentleman/manager was very nice and even walked me to my room. I felt welcome. Room was fine and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Some age but no problem. It is close to loud road which was not a problem later in evening.
