Management was rude and disrespectful. Same goes for booking.com customer service. Both parties hung up on me twice and I even called out the property manager, saying she was an excuse of a manager. They denied my wife and I access due to her service dog and said we are not welcome to stay and refused to give us a refund. Saying only “registered and certified “ service animals are allowed which is not a real thing and then had the audacity to say there were going to apply a pet fee which is highly illegal. According to the Americans with disabilities act, service animals are not obligated to pet fees. Do not recommend anyone wanting to stay her and use their website and or booking.com

As soon as I walked in the front desk warmed me with a smile. I had long day at work and rough few days. Took my info and got me right in. Another thing I like was how the parking lot was lit up so I know my car was safe. Thank you. 😊
