The apartment was new and well maintained. The room was also well cleaned, however, somewhere from kitchen had an odor...though I couldn't specify the location. The other things were perfect! Also, the person at the reception was kind and gentle, which made a nice atmosphere :)

Nice apartment close to big shopping mall & 10mins walk to old town. After 1st day there was an awful smell in the corridor & in the apartments bathroom that didn't go away. Same problems as other reviews as in the apartments are too hot & you can't change the temperature.

Well located comfortable apartments. Easy check in and check-out, spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet. Shopping center (with restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops) and train station 5 minutes walk away. I would stay again. You can book transfer to the airport with them which is convenient but it will cost you around double taxi/uber fare.

We stayed as a family of 3 in a 1 bed apartment. The apartment was great and exceeded our expectations for the money that we paid during a February break. Fully kitted out for self catering needs if you so wish. Krakow is so cheap for food and drink that we didn’t bother. 10 minutes to the main square and all the main attractions.

Stayed here for three nights 12-15th feb. Checked in around midnight, the room was ready and checkin was quick. Given keys and code for the door and password. Lady on reception said we had been upgraded not sure what room difference was but nice touch. We were a couple of blocks back from reception which is less than a minute walk. There was a lift to get cases up to the room. Rooms were spacious. Bedroom with large bed, wardrobe with plenty of hangers, huge mirror. Bathroom was a fair size with washing machine In cupboard and water fall shower. Again good mirror for hair, makeup, shaving etc. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper etc. (There was toiletries which we didn’t use) Living room/kitchen area was a good size. Large smart tv to log into Netflix etc. Table and chairs If required. Coffee, tea, milk, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and iron and ironing board all provide. There was also a balcony but with it being February it wasn’t used. Location was brill, literally walked everywhere. It’s about 10 minutes to the main square. 3-4 from the Galeria (main shopping centre) and about 20 minutes walk to the old town. We didn’t need to go to the reception once as everything was there we needed. Lady on reception allowed us to leave our case on check out and also allowed us to get something out of it during the day. Without a doubt would book here again If we went back. Thank you for a lovely stay - excellent value, will definitely recommend!

Great service, great architecture and room condition

Absolutely stunning apartments. Wold recommend to everybody.

Clean, modern looking, great location- close to the Galeria Krakowska, friendly and helpful staff, underground parking was a life saver in the cold weather. We could regulate our own heating in the whole apartment, got towels, shampoo and shower gel. Also got a dishwasher, safe, big closet, refrigerator with a freezer. The kitchen was full with a lot of utensils. Would reccomend and definitely come back!
