We stayed here as a family with two teenagers as we wanted a little more flexibility than hotel rooms would offer. The apartment was a good size, with a large lounge/kitchen diner area, bathroom and double bedroom. The sofa was converted into a large and comfy double bed the first evening. The kitchen area included a large fridge-freezer, hob and oven, nespresso machine with 4 pods, kettle and toaster, with an adequate range of pots and utensils for basic cooking. The bathroom had a large shower and there was also a washing machine and ironing facilities neatly stowed in a cupboard. The apartment was serviced every day. It was just 5-10 minutes walk from the main train station and the old town so an excellent location. Also free Wi-Fi. Due to the heat we kept windows open, and the bedroom which opened onto the road was rather noisy at times, which was the only negative. However, I would compare this to staying in any city. I would be very happy to stay here again.

The washing machine was extremely noisy! Staff are very friendly.

Conveniently close yet removed from the hustle and bustle of Rynek. Rooms were clean and ready for checkin when promised. Everything we needed was at hand. Definitely will be booking again

The apartments are located in a very nice group of new and remodeled buildings, very safe area. Great location: short walking distance to the rail station, bus station, and the Old Town. The front office is indeed 24/7 and they were very kind and helpful. Our apt did not have AC. There was an induction oven and nespresso machine with complimentary pods.

There was no fan in my room and the weather was insane warm. I asked for one and they had it in my room right away

Loved this property. Although a couple of Kms from the centre it was in a quiet area full of great cafes & had everything we needed. Parking on the street out the front was easy (free on Sundays only) and the rooms were very clean & comfortable.
