Quality Inn Grayville

The people were very nice! The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good, but the food ran out and had to be requested. Coffee and food. They should check more often.

The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean.

The only thing was the bed was a little too firm for me, but my husband liked it.

The manager is GREAT! We stay there a night every other week and they are always just great.

Rooms are always so CLEAN

The location was quite convenient, parking was relatively acceptable, the room was quiet.

It shoulda been cheaper for the few hours we crashed here. I requested a drive up to room situation and though I spoke on the phone no one told me i had to drag all my stuff through hallways. Also though the website (booking.com) said my card would not be charged and I could pay in person, the hotel staff attempted to run my card anyway. Fortunately I was able to deny the transaction.

The room was dirty. The doors had dirt fingerprints, ceiling tiles coming down, dirty corners in the bathroom
