It was super clean, staff was kind checking in and out. We also had an unexpected family member riding with us as we traveled with and we were able to upgrade to a suite.

I wish the handicap accessible showers was available in the suites.

Excellent breakfast, and the staff refills the food quickly and promptly.

The bath water temperature is not very consistent, as it becomes slightly colder after a few minutes, but overall it is fine.
