Emplacement parfait proche de l'autoroute et des restaurants. Parking très pratique avec un camion + trailer . Petit dej bien et classique.

Le lit bruyant, les murs très fins et pas insonorisés. La piscine froide impraticable.

Staff were willing to help, however, it didn’t result in our favor.

It felt very unsafe. We took one step into our room and felt very eerie and requested a refund— didn’t touch anything, use any of their items, etc. and received 25% of our stay as a refund. We had to book at another hotel for the night because of the lack of security there (e.g. weak lock in our room that led to the back parking lot). Very disappointed in this location. It looks nothing like the photo gallery online— much dirtier and less secure.

The pool water was cloudy/dirty and unusable. The room chairs were severely stained and there was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.

The location was fine. The breakfast was okay.

I paid on booking.com for a spa double bed room. We got there and they said they did not have it available and gave us a double bed room. I had to pay for the spa room anyway. Our room was disgusting. Bathtub was dirty. The toilet would barely flush. The sheets had stains/ tiny holes.

It wasn’t my first choice at all. I had to go with it because all the good hotel prices around Saratoga went up because of the Belmont. Many hotels weren’t even available on that particular day.

No elevators. Breakfast time is ridiculous. 6-9 AM.

Not much When i want to 0ay Someone else credit card was on my account Representative had a hard time taking ir off. The price was high
