good beds and the room was very nice, shower was decent and clean Hostess was acceptable. Great breakfast !!

This facility was 100 feet from a constant 24 hour busy freeway and the traffic noise was horrendous. All day and all night Trucks and cars slowing and accelerating from the stop light right out front of the Motel. There were no descent dining places within a half mile that weren't quick stop hamburger places,

The fan in the bathroom (room 129) was extremely loud.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Rama Inn in Redmond, OR. The location is ideal for those looking to explore the natural beauty of the area, especially if you're visiting Lake Billy Chinook, which is just a short drive away. The hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming environment with clean, well-maintained rooms. My room had all the essentials, including a fridge and microwave, which made it easy to relax and enjoy some snacks. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, with options like bacon, eggs, yogurt, and cereal. After a day of exploring the area, I loved unwinding in the indoor pool and hot tub—such a peaceful setting! Though I didn’t use the fitness center, it’s available for those who want to stay active. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting central Oregon, and I’ll happily return for future trips!

It was clean

Your staff should have been more strict towards the kids that were ding dong ditching the hotel doors and screaming down the halls even late into the night.

Everything was ready when we arrived (as planned)!
