The man receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is very condescending with his phone call. I had bad emergencies and he shows no human concerns for my issue and even joked around. I asked for his name and he said my name is Dayinn. My name is Y-O-U. I was able to successfully cancel due to his harassment and unprofessionalism through booking but you guys beware please.

The bed was comfortable

Breakfast was just okay, I ended up going out for something better. The WI-FI kept dropping. Was told there was trash and towel service, did not receive, ended up taking my trash out. The smoke alarm started chirping, when I reported it I was told to remove the batteries as there was no maintenance person on the weekend, even after the weekend no one came by to check or fix it.
