The location. It was within walking distance to restaurants.

They are remodeling the hotel. It will be nice when they get it done.

Mattresses with bed bugs was my view outside of my window. Seeing all the furniture at the dumpster.

Property is under going upgrades, slept on new mattress for first time. Great location. Breakfast okay. Great night sleep. Staff very pleasant.

Talking by workers on floor above until after 10:30, used headphones fell asleep easily after that.

I’ve stayed here twice before and have been very happy with literally everything. From breakfast offered to great showers. Internet and location are perfect. Or were.

They were remodeling. I felt as if that was used as an excuse to just not be great. Construction was supposed to be 9 to 530, but it was 830 to 6. A full day of drilling metal threshold plates. Outside my door. I was asked for access to my room by a contractor on no notice. I spoke to the front desk and we worked it out, but it felt like a massive lack of communication throughout their team. A. “This might need to happen.” would have gone a long way. The whole experience, kind of broke my trust a little. I travel for work and this property really let me down. There was no Internet, no laundry, no fitness room. There was also no adjustment in price or even waving of a pet fee. Some small gestures would’ve made such a difference. Or even the communication. No one told me there would be no Internet, so I was unable to work. I should’ve left. Good morning I checked out. Someone sent an employee out to leaf blow at 6:30 AM. It was 35° out. Who does that?
