Our door locked us out for multiple hours and the staff could not fix it. We returned 12 hours later and still not fixed. We were allocated another temporary room that was not cleaned with blood on the bedsheets.

"It was a fairly good setting and our needs were met in terms of comfort and location."

The location close to Kaiser Medical Center and other retail eating places. The architecture of the building.

The attendent could have been more friendly and engaging but OK with service. The coffee maker did not work and did not get a wake-up call as requested. But overall will come again.
