Nice room, staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location

It was a very nice room. Comfy couch, nice balcony. Service was good, room was clean. Great shower! One thing that bothered me was the TV screen in the bathroom. Knowing it was just old and not working, still made me nervous. I put a towel over it.

Nice property, clean rooms, great breakfast and the pub onsite is very nice.

Front desk staff great. Breakfast staff unfriendly and reluctant to refill hot food plus ran out of waffle batter. Elevator floor needed improvement. Comforter coming apart - needs to be thrown.

Stay was okay, worn and needs some tlc. Drain in bathroom very slow.

Not busy nice and quiet

Our “patio” had cigarette butts everywhere and even a surprise pot vape, it was called Cheech and Chong, nice to know that’s a brand but, come on, if you say you have a private patio with a room treat it like the room itself and clean it before a guest arrives, I’m just saying. There was one lone cup in the room for coffee and water…1 styrofoam cup. Not a big deal but that combined with the cigarette butts on the patio, it just felt trashy. The bed was nice and comfy, so thanks for that. What staff? You have staff? I didn’t see anyone behind the counter except the lady who checked us in. We walked two miles into the actual town of Winona, which was surprisingly dead on Labor Day weekend but that’s not your fault. The saving grace was the mile we walked to Katie’s Bar, got so drunk we didn’t care about the cigarette butts and lack of coffee cups, I even found out the Cheech and Chong vape was invaluable for forgetting that the view from my room was a parking lot and the back of a random building, so I guess I should be thanking someone for not cleaning that up…ya know, on second thought, 5 stars for you! Unless I had the grandkids with, then I’d be pretty upset, or not. Sleep came easy for me that night.

Great option for those on a budget. The bartender was great as we watched Sunday night baseball. The overall hotel is dated, but definitely worth what you pay for.
