Best Westerns never fail. Friendly staff, quick check in and out, clean quiet rooms. Morning buffet had lots of variety and was replenished often.

It’s a good hotel.

The front desk person - lovely guy...sorted out an issue with the room I was originally given. He was kind, professional and extremely helpful.

I was unaware that this hotel has basement rooms with windows that are level with the sidewalk outside. As a female travelling alone I was not comfortable staying there. (But my room was changed when I spoke with the front desk staff). In future I would request not to be booked into the lower level, but it would have been helpful to be told of this in advance.

Very isolated place

The staff was friendly. We were room 127 and it smelled of old smoke. The hallways also smelled like smoke. The cost was to high for the quality.

Our room was partly underground, don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a basement before. The rug was soaking wet in the one corner (discovered this by taking a step and soaking my sock). They apologized and offered a discount on my room which was appreciated.

Great room for the price. Breakfast not so great
