Comfortable, clean room.

Couldn’t get Spa bath to work.

All ok - good shower and pretty good bed

TV kept changing channels assumably because the remote was not a genuine product and may have interfered with other units. Also there was noise transferred between units due to an internal door. Inconvenience is made worse when we are early risers and the people next door were late risers and late to bed.

location was good, a friendly receptionist

the room was dirty, filthy carpets, very bad smell

Our room was very generous in size and included an additional single bed and table and chairs plus a small table and 2 chairs outside. The bathroom is big and includes a 2 person spa. The pool was great with plenty of seating and umbrellas. The extra bonus is the motel has direct access to the local club which has a great selection of meals. Also members rates for drinks and food for anyone staying at the motel.

Air con while very efficient did have an annoying noise.

Don’t know, I googled ‘dog friendly hotel’ and Tea gardens popped up on Booking.com / google and tripadvisor. I called the hotel 5 times within 1 hour. Booked it because all 3 sites confirmed it was dog friendly. Got a call back once booked from a rude, short receptionist who made me feel like I was bothering or disturbing her, very stroppy. She said ‘oh you didn’t read the fine print, we aren’t dog friendly and we don’t do refunds’ no more. We were in the road, our car air con had stopped working and we needed somewhere to stay as it was 42 degrees…. How awful

Absolutely nothing they robbed me of $150
