Napier Art House Backpackers

L’hospitalité de cette établissement est exceptionnelle je suis resté plus de 2 mois et tout s’est super bien passé. Les gens dans cette auberge sont super accueillant.

Location was close to the beach ) only able to appreciate the view) close to other amenities. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Good for a nights stay. Really enjoyed korero with Arthur.

it was what i expected - so nothing not to like.

Bed comfortable. Room is clean and tidy. Staff Arthur is a nice man. Very friendly.

Not enough lights in the dining room. Not safe to walk to the bathroom. Very poorly lights and few steps to the kitchen is a hazard I almost fall over. Not safe environment. Duvet is a bit heavy - it would be good to get a fresh new duvet for all seasons or summer season and winter season each room. I think kitchen and all rooms would have been nice to get all renovations and it will be flash and wow means people will attract to.

The manager was very friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.

I was disappointed that the property smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable. My room was located near the common lounge area and kitchen, so there was quite a bit of noise from other guests, especially at night.

I quite liked it was close to a lot of things to see and do in Napier and that it was right in town. Arthur the manager is such a nice guy he was friendly,patient and helpful good worker.

It was quite small for me and didn't meet many people even tho it was quite quiet, but that's nobodys fault. And the room was a little small for me too,but other than that nothing.
