Location and room was clean and tidy

No toilet paper,shampoo,conditioner and a soap piece the size of a 50c coin.A receptionist "Jack" who was more like an agressive Basil Faulty when I complained. "Have you nothing positive to say". And a TV that had no signal on most channels. Jack said that was because Foxtel was working on it. Truth is they weren't. It was because the motel had " rabbits ears in each room and no proper outside aerial. You have the rating you deserve. customer should always be put first.

Location! Within walking distance to the city centre. Takeaway shops over the road for food. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Good pricing for two beds.

No free to air television. They have Foxtel only due to a recent transmission update?
