Large and clean room, good breakfast and incredibly friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t recommend it more!

Kleinschalige topaccomodatie. Mooi en gezellig. Ideale ligging, op wandelafstand buiten het oude stadsgedeelte. Mooi ingerichte kamers, lekkere douche en bed. Lekker ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel

Absolutely loved this place. Simple stylish decor! Lovely garden. Peaceful as set away from the old town yet short walk or motorbike grab to central locations. Great breakfast and helpful host!

Sehr nette und saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, gefühlt mitten drin und doch abseits vom Zentrum.

Wir waren ganz oben unterm Blechdach. Da hört man mehrere Brummgeräusche… Klimaanlage? Lüftungen? Und ein Hahn beginnt um 2.00 zu krähen. Ohrenstöpsel dann gehts… mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich bestimmt dran.

Pas mal. Bon rapport / qualité prix. Après les photos sont un peu trompeuses car la piscine donne devant l’hôtel et du coup manque un peu d’intimité à mon goût. Nous avions choisi volontairement un hôtel un peu excentré pour s’éviter le bruit. Malheureusement c’était raté 😉 la route à côté très passante et notre chambre à l’étage desservie par un escalier en métal très très bruyant quand des hôtes l’utilisent de nuit. Pour le reste elle était également bruyante du point de vue de la circulation et de la vie autour. Petit dej correcte.

Nice hotel within 10 minute walking distance from the Hoi An city center. They had just reopened after the Oct2025 floods, so pool was not working and some reconstructions were ongoing nearby, but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is basic local style, enough to get you started. Staff was extremely friendly and happy to help with any request or arrangement.

Breakfast could have some more variety. Pool was not working (due to the floods, pump had to be replaced). The villa is on a small street surrounded by other buildings, don't expect open views.

Sehr gute Lage. Abseits vom Rummel, zu Fuss in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum.

Da ich am Abend auch noch gerne im Bett lese, waren die Nachttischbeleuchtung nicht gerade ideal.
